Getting into FirstClass via the browser is easy... right? Well... yes! If you know what to look for! As with all things there are just a couple of things to be aware of and fingers crossed you'll find 'em here! :o)

Type into your web browser the appropriate address for the server you want to access (the URLs are here)... or use a shortcut you've set up (see hints page for details).

Having done that, the following little box appears...

Pop in your username and password... as given to you by the OU. Your username will be in the format of some letters and then a number or two, for example: "abc123". Your password will be either what has been assigned to you, or whatever you've changed it to! The choice (as the annoying voice-over man on Blind Date would say) is yours!!

WARNING:
If only you are using that computer and browser, then save the password if you want... if not... and particularly if you are using a public computer do not save your password. You could unwittingly be giving someone else access to your FirstClass account! Be careful!!!

Once you've filled in those details, click on "OK".

Provided you've entered your details correctly, and that your account has been set up and is working... you are now ready to start pootling around FirstClass via the web. Take a look at the "desktop" page next...
