Pretty straightforward, there are a couple of pitfalls and bits 'n' bobs to be aware of when sending stuff via the browser. Can you use automatic signatures? Will people's names automatically complete in the "To:" box? Hmmm... here's where you can find out!! |

To reply, just click on reply, in a conference this'll be either "reply" or "reply to sender", either way... it couldn't be easier!! To send a brand new message, click on either...

Once you've filled in all the necessary info... you can press "Send" and that's it! |

Unlike in the FirstClass client, when you type the recipient's name, it doesn't auto-complete... or double-check itself in the FirstClass directory. If you're not sure of the spelling of someone's name... check!!!! Click on the "directory" link and type in the approximate spelling of a person's name into the box that appears:
It can generally find it - or come up with some pretty good guesses!!! As with all these things... the FirstClass client is better for looking up names... but the web version'll do. |

| 5. What about replying? | ||||||||||||

The name of the person you're replying to will be filled in for you. If you've replied in a conference, or started a new posting in a conference by using the reply facility there... then again, the name of the conference will be filled in for you! Hooray!!! |
