	Setting up the FirstClass software... take deep breaths...
	If you received a copy of FirstClass on a CD-Rom from the Open University, you should have instructions with the CD - follow these... but do so TO THE LETTER!! It can seem horribly complicated at first, but take it slowly and it's not too unpleasant...
	Click here for my attempt at describing setting up FirstClass on a standard PC, with a standard modem... nothing fancy... so... be calm...
	FirstClass Help Documentation from the LTS at the OU is available here. It's all in PDF format so you'll need to get hold of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it, but there's the basics and lots more besides at their site (oh, and there are some HTML pages too, the Getting Started page is one you might like to... ermmm... start with!)
	Although the following site has got a great description of how to set up FirstClass, it's not always available - even so, I can't better it! So... here it is... First Class Guru written by the late Tone Hasemer Remember, you need to know both your username and password to be able to access FirstClass online.
